My experience with Buying first and a second home with Holiday Builder was Very easy and awesome. The sale guy that I dealt with in Marion Oaks his name is Andy. He did a great job of explaining the sale and the process. The finance team Did an awesome job of get me the mortgage.I had a awesome experience also with the Construction supervisor his name is Adam.He Got the job done in a timely manner. the build and the walk-through experience and whatever that was not done properly or missed be follow up And corrected Promptly. The entire team was awesome and my experience is amazing. Thanks Holiday Builder team..I will always Buy again And I would recommend Holiday Builder to my friends and family. I appreciate it. He became a family member at the end of my closing!! The reason I’m writing this review is to let you know that many of the negative reviews you’ve read about Holiday Builders are true. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing and stressful. We initially scheduled a tour of one of their homes. The door was unlocked when we arrived, so we walked through on our own. Zinnia, the agent, later quoted us $270K for the home. We weren’t particularly impressed at the time, so we didn’t move forward. About a week later, Zinnia called us saying the deal was only good for that day. We decided to pass again. Then, another week later, we reconsidered and reached back out—this time the energy was completely different. The same friendliness and relatability, especially towards our children, was gone. Advice for who looking for a new house, don’t buy holiday builders house even the look new they not good, it’s better to looking for other builders not holiday, I just buy this new house he craked already and the succo no good, I have holes and ckakes all over a new house, then when you call them they let you know it’s owner maintenance just 7 months a new house now look. If I use to watch google reviews I will never buy from holiday, he has more negative reviews than all other builders. Please don’t buy from holiday builders unless you don’t need your money
