Is really amaze how careless these company operate first .I past without microwave 2 month Then when the A/C of the unit it was 1 month and I was always calling and follow up with them. Now is with out stove 2 weeks and they send the.arrival date wrong and you call the excuses are a lot of lies. Customer Service skills development is zero apparently.

i have to remind them all the time for the statement , i have to send many e mails to get an answer , and i had a bad experience during pandemia , they kept the tenant without notifying on time and they were not monitoring the property . Tenant left without paying 2 months...

BEWARE THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! IM SURE THEY ARE WORKERS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY! If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! Where do I begin! Maintenance tickets are a joke. I literally have to call 34563 times just to get someone to reply to the issue. When they finally do answer they literally find someone on the street to come fix the issue. Liabell has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST office manager on earth! Literally the world's worst. She has no authority, no communication skills, no office management skills. Nothing!!! Its sad. They hiked my rent for the same property no new appliances, amenities,or anything by $300 with only a 7day notice!! I specifically asked her almost 2 months in advance and of course she had no idea!!! She's rude and very unprofessional. If u can avoid renting from these

If I could rate them 0/5 stars I would. 7 months into our year lease and we’ve had so many problems with maintenance of the property. The office people do not reply in a timely manner at all or just wont reply. Our dryer has not worked since we moved in and countless “maintenance people” have been out here just to tell us: “well I don’t see an issue, it turns on.” Nothing has been properly fixed and every angry request, email, text, and phone call have been ignored.

If I could give a Zero. They have no customer service. Their maintenance is a joke. They care only about money. It was over 85 degrees in my place. I called, texted, even went into the office to try and get some form of assistance for my central air. Not until I got outside help then they wanted to respond. Liabell is a joke. She no nothing therfore she does nothing
