Hojas De Platas Senior Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed. One of the best things about living here is how residents support one another. There is a strong sense of community, and neighbors are kind, respectful, and considerate. Management also does a great job of listening to residents and making accommodations when possible to ensure everyone feels valued and comfortable. Overall, Hojas De Platas Senior Apartments is a safe, supportive, and well-managed community that I would highly recommend.

Wow, what a surprise! More than a one -star review about the management of these apartments. A 26 year old manager that loves to lecture seniors or “older people” about how to properly behave in the property and invites tow trucks to tow the cars of the elderly parked in the handicapped zone. Hmmm, I wonder how much of a kick back he gets for cars being towed by INDUSTRY TOW? Amazing what people do for money. Bunch of low-lives. Nothing but sympathy for the elderly residents of this place. They deserve better.

Mean rude manager! The apartment we saw that was available was dirty but he said it will be cleaned up by the time we koved in. When we went down to file the paperwork he said we might get the apartment but there is a $46 charge for the paperwork! So we made a appointment to come back and he basically said we wouldn't be able to be approved. But he told us he would talk to his boss. We came back with the paperwork. He didn't even give us a temporary parking permit! You have to have a permit or they will tow your car! He had one nasty look one his face and being very rude. He said our application was denied. He was. Nasty about it! We barely got to our car before the tow company saw are car.

Please do not make the mistake of letting your parents, aunts, uncles or grandparents live here. The onsite manager named Jose harasses the seniors here. Check yelp reviews. He's a horrible person that needs to be fired.
