Arlington Park Realtors helped us find the perfect house when we were relocating from Lubbock. They really know the area and the community. I waited for over an hour for the agent, Dwight Hummer, to show a property. While I waited in the rain and cold, two other prospective tenants showed up. When the agent finally showed, we entered into a filthy, cigarette smoke filled duplex on Brandi Place in North Richland Hills. There was dog poop on the carpet in the master bedroom. All the counter tops, walls, carpets, floors, everything was filthy. I was told it was ready to show. Why would a company show a property in this condition? On top of that, when I questioned the realtor about the condition that it would be cleaned to, ie- new carpets?, he had no clue. Today is Wednesday.
