Reached out to them about a up coming appraisal I’ll be having , I had a bunch of questions and the gentleman I spoke to had no issues talking with me and answering my questions I had about the the process appraisal entails. If I could, I would hire them to do my appraisal, but unfortunately, the mortgage company and being an FHA loan have to pick the appraisal. I feel as a consumer I should have my right to be able to pick who I want to do an appraisal not some company I’m giving thousands of dollars to.
