Scott and his team were very responsive to requests. I have used them to buy sell and rent properties. However, my last property I sold with this team let me down. Iv constantly had to tell them how to sell the property when this should have been through the expertise of the agents. My house was not in the best shape due to my last tenants and something as simple as a clean and a stage could have gotten me the best price. I’ve had to constantly explain to them next steps in order to sell this property. I know I could have gotten more for the sale of my house but because of tough times I had to settle on the price given.
