HOAMCO - HOA Management Company

Absolutely disgusted with this company. According to the HOA president here, I am the only residence that is having issues out of 40 houses in the community. I don't know how our HOA committee in Washington state found/chose this HOA management company in Arizona to run the HOA. This company took over the HOA payment processing in January of this year. I have had issues every single month with different issues each time (double payments, deleting my account and having me start over, only to have the same thing happen again. They issued a refund check for one of the double payments and it took over 4 weeks to receive). Maybe April will be better. We will see you. When I email them to get help or assistance, they answer everything but what I'm asking for. Their answers are always not signed

I love my condo at Norterra flats, I have been here for nearly 3 years. However, I do that HOA regulations do not apply to everyone. But they should. Both these violations are in clear view as shown, with bushes encroaching on their neighbors. HOA regulates bushes can only get so high. I had to call to have one of the violations corrected - the other has not yet been addressed at all. Yet I have seen someone get reported for washing their car in their own driveway? I have a feeling the corrected violation will soon go incorrect Again. My apologies, but you can’t call some violations and not others. It’s all about ethics and treating all residents fairly. Norterra Flats management and board members need to improve in this area.

This management company is garbage. Hoamco takes the time to fine homeowners for petty offenses like solar lights or grills, yet neglects making repairs to common areas despite *multiple* requests. There’s been a water leak in front of our unit that has been ignored for months. The previous water main break in front of our unit was dug up and repaired, yet the large hole was left unfilled for nearly two months. The pools are closed more often than not, and the hot tubs not even luke warm. They send termite contractors out unannounced at early morning hours to drill patios and sloppily fill the holes and leave messes behind. Landscapers always blow bits & debris into the patio and surrounding gravel (when they do show up). Landscaping is either overgrown or dead. They hire the cheapest cont

This company ruined the landscaping in our community. Since they took over in 2023, it has been going downhill. I'm very dissapointed.
