Very Disappointing Stay – Unclean, Mold Issues, and Poor Maintenance Carolina Blvd Isle of Palms Rental I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this property was bad enough that I feel it’s important to share. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the space had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The kitchen counters were sticky, there was residue (looked like pizza sauce left from a previous visit. We ended up having to clean the kitchen ourselves before we could even consider preparing food. There were also multiple dead bugs around the home, which was both unpleasant and concerning. This company has an impressive stable|of very nice places to be in Charleston.|It’s more than renting because each one|is comfortable, modern and distinctive.|You choose what suits and attracts and|the result is a place that becomes familiar|and easy to be in rain or shine.|Kitchens and bathrooms are up to date|and well accessorized. You can find|things and most of them are helpful.|4 Beaufain where I spent the month of|April served very well as base and the|city is all around. There are others where|I have stayed that have outdooors or porches|which expand the space nicely.|The company is easy to reach and do |business with in a crowded destination.|Charleston has gotten more crowded|but outside of holidays is still feels the|same especially in a great small apartment|with a kitchen. Excellent Experience. T’Lene was very responsive and accommodating. We were moving and needed a month stay. T’Lene was on the phone with options and was able to show us places the same day. Their online payment system and application was very easy and the app worked very well. I would 10/10 recommend working with T’Lene and her team for your stay in Charleston. Our property was extremely clean and well stocked.

We rented a beautiful 2 bedroom B and B on Colonial lake. It was absolutely lovely, the owners and the managing company (Historic Charleston Bed and Breakfast) were incredibly gracious and welcoming. I highly recommend this company!

I recently relocated to Charleston and needed to rent a place downtown while construction was completed on my new home. I reached out to T'Lene and she was able to provide me a great one bedroom carriage house right off Marion Square. The location couldn't have been better and the unit was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, my contractor ran behind and after a month I had to get a two bedroom unit for me and my daughter. T'Lene stepped up and got us a wonderful two bedroom carriage house on Anson Street. The location was truly amazing and the property and main house were beautiful. Historic Charleston B&B was wonderful to work with and was able to address my changing needs promptly and professionally. I would strongly recommend them for both your long and short term housing needs.
