Historic 1910 Lofts

We had an amazing tour with Pam. She made the tour so fun and was very knowledgeable about the area and buildings. The staff are so quick to answer questions and make accommodations! 10/10

The employees are all nice and the maintenance team is pretty quick when anything is needed, but those are about the only good things I would say about living here. The air circulation is terrible and usually has a LARGE temperature difference from the bedrooms to the common space in the 2-bedroom suites. Sub-flooring needs replaced badly— it is very loud and rotted, and is soft/sunken in some places. Upstairs neighbors simply walking around their own space is VERY loud in your own. Loud enough to wake you up from a dead sleep at 2 am when they get up to use the bathroom. Side to side noise insulation is actually pretty good but there is essentially none for vertical neighbors. Lots of issues with very noisy tenants here and property management never did anything about repeat offenders. A

Pam was so friendly and knowledgeable during our tour. The buildings are beautiful with so much character to each place giving the apartments a really unique feel.

Do not get stuck in a lease here. Sound transfer between apartments is awful. Especially from upstairs tenants. Every footstep, phone call, tv show, and intimate moment is broadcast into downstairs apartments. The carpet is keeping the soft, cracking floor from completely deteriorating. Your privacy is completely compromised. Do not rent here! You will regret it!

Pam was very nice and welcoming. Showed me one of their units and let me record and take my time feeling out the apartment. Great management, they really care about their residents. One of the residents that was walking in with us even offered to show her apartment to me to see what it would look fully furnished. Super nice residents as well! Overall a good experience!
