Great place to live. Just needs things to be fixed up and parking is tricky if you wanna have a small get together or any visitors, mainly because all the parking spots are assigned to residents.
Terribly managed. Asked for two applications ($80), then cancelled our application without telling us because they extended the current lease that we had applied for. Will take weeks to process your application, then leave you high and dry.
I LOVE the location. Very nice and affordable.
No parking at all if you have more than 2 cars and friends
Just had a fire and sustained major structural damage. Unable to be occupied
