Actively avoid this complex. The roach infestation is so dire that even in a clean house you’ll have roaches crawling across your lap as you sit on the sofa, and more disgustingly, into your refrigerator and freezer. Aside from the roaches, the list of issues is numerous: door on the pack porch hanging on its hinges upon move-in, front door had a 2 inch gap at the bottom and had to be requested to be replaced, back yard unmowed, the apartment had a major water leak coming from the bathroom that spread down the living room wall and across the floor- it remained unfixed for several days and still looks horrible. The young lady was wonderful who did the walk through with me!! She was very informative and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was very impressed with her.. once I’m able to I’ll be applying there. I’ve been looking for months and Hilton Village Townhomes is where the best fit for me is. I was impressed with townhomes and upkeep. But I must say her knowledge and personality sold it for me!

Lived here for almost a year and can’t wait for my lease to be up!!! it’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part (I work a lot) neighbors aren’t the issue. Management and maintenance are terrible, when I first moved in a very nice lady helped me within not even a month or two of me moving in she was replaced management and rental office personnel change like clockwork so things really don’t get done or addressed. The office never answers the phone or responds to emails. It took 3 months when I first moved in for the sink to be unclogged the sink stopper was left off for weeks I assumed someone was coming back to finish the job they never did until I continuously called to complain after several calls and emails PLUS maintenance request the neighbors I had initially told me I would be bette

DO NOT MOVE HERE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Stayed here for 3 years (only because of work) and had the worst experience. 1st of all the apartment was INFESTED with MICE. It was so bad at one point, I begged management to change units, but after talking to my neighbors I found out that almost all of the units had the same problem. The unit I stayed in looked terrible when I moved in. There were stains and bad paint jobs on each wall also, my patio door was broken which allowed access for more pest/ insects to come in. As far as the community , there were 2 shootouts in front of my complex. One of the incidents resulted in a bullet flying through my window. Possibly the worst place to rent. Maintenance never shows up. Front office knows nothing. Fences can’t be fixed by “maintenance”. Bugs and vermin from every spot imaginable. It’s perfectly fine to management if you don’t have heat in the winter here.
