Hillwood Pointe Apartments

This complex is false advertising. They have zero amenities but are charging $1700 a month for rent would highly recommend staying away from this complex. Pool does not work has not worked in years no laundry mat no fitness area playground is broken and unsafe as a professional business, I don’t understand how corporate can allow Something so trashy for so long.

No stars should be an option. Been here almost 7 months and on property manager # 3. Paid November rent on time and late fee was still applied. 1 week later and the late fee has not been removed. Waited 3 months for pest control and the pool was never open during the summer but is listed as an amenity. The only improvement is with the maintenance because before it was none and work orders didn't get processed for months at a time.

Would not recommend, this place is garbage. Wasn't even cleaned well when we moved in. Rent has increased twice in less than a year yet nothing has been properly fixed. There is a bad bug problem and some amenities need to be fix or are not available. Suppose to be income based yet as my income decreases, my rent is rapidly increasing. The attached pictures are of my leaking fridge, broken medicine cabinet, broken ac cover, and back door. All of which I have told them about or that they came and "fixed". Spend your money elsewhere.

The maintenance man John is amazing. he deserves a raise and some help It takes multiple times telling the property manager to get things done. It wasn’t for Jon. Things wouldn’t get fixed around here. Thanks, john. i’m also not happy with the property manager about finding out whether the pool will be open or someone out to look at the pool it is halfway through the summer and my kids do not get to use the pool because the state hasn’t come out and inspected the pool, Do we pay for the amenities if there are none to partake in

Leasing manager Crystal is amazing she is new to the complex, and she’s doing what needs to be done showing she cares and can be there to get things back in order
