Staying at Tricon American Homes for the past 2 years was such a great experience. They held an affordable price for renting there, the houses are beautiful, and the greenery is frequently cared for. The smart home aspect of the house is not necessary and did add another fee to the rent but if additional revisions or updates are made for it, there is potential. There was also a bit too many windows in the master for me but it was worth it. In the event of a passed roommate they provided funds that was greatly needed and appreciated. He passed away far from the premises due to unrelated circumstances but their care and support without asking anything in return truly showed their value of resident wellbeing and satisfaction.
