Hillview Village Apartments

I have lived here for 7 years. The first year was hell. Management was unbelievable. Now we have new owners, management and maintenance. Thank you Jesus. We are getting new floors, new carpet, and new appliances. I'm grateful for the kindness. I will be living here for the rest of my life. The peace and tranquility are great. We do all types of activities, and have breakfast. Ms. Lajuana and Mr Tim thanks guys!

I’ve been here since February 2024 and I’m somewhat satisfied, I have wrote numerous maintenance requests for my air conditioner and to no avail. I have to leave my bedroom door open and sleep just about naked. One of the maintenance workers told me that my problem is I needed curtains, say what? I have no curtains in my living room, one maintenance told me once that the duct is not attached and I believe him I go into my coat closet and I can cook in there and I believe that heat is permeated through the wall, the closet is on one side of the wall to the bedroom. I really like my apartment and when I first moved in I had visions of staying here forever. It’s just small things that are the issue here and my building needs to be the first to be renovated. I moved in April of this year. I am highly satisfied with the Lajauana and Tim. If I have a need it's taking care promptly. I enjoy being a party of the Hillview Village.

Nice quiet place not to far from shopping. Easy off and on the interstate for working people. Management act quickly to respond to issues.

Never can reach the actual office to lodge complaints and or concerns, some even health and welfare related for the elderly residents. We are Very upset. I would NEVER recommend Hillview Village to my worst enemy. All advertised amenities for the complex have been lost. No one is ever at the office that cares what’s going on in the complex.
