Hilltop Oaks Apartments

I'd give no stars if that was an option. People with mental health issues this is so not the place to rent from upon being there a year ac never worked till 2 months b4 my moveout date. Management has a tendency of making fun of their residents with disabilities currently under investigation due to maitance getting handsy with residents all it's ok if ur in a bind have no ther options. Always having issues with water Even if u keep to yourself you will get accused of drug dealing. By far the worst place I've ever lived at wouldn't recommend this place not even to my enemies. Turn and run. This is how I. Left the place and still being charged 500 extra

Horrible experience from day one. Veronica leasing agent is very pushy intrusive into your personal matters and very unpleasant. Monica the manager on the other hand is rather pleasant. The apartments are old lots of leaking the toilet bathroom was rather nasty there are no patios or balconies to these apartments Notee this property has some ridiculous rules like a 10:00 p.m. curfew and they will charge you for anything and everything. I've had unexpected knocks on the door from management for no reason at all even entry into my apartment illegally --My advice is to stay away pay a little bit more and avoid this place.

working with Veronica to get into my apartment was the best experience ever. She was very helpful from the start all the way to the end. I highly recommend. they were super organized

When I i first moved in on June 16 of 23 it was ok but then I started having problems with this old lady across the hall herrassing me and my family and guests ,she call me crazy that i need my meds ,she gave my address out to someone she was talking toon the phone, telling my kids to be quietshe has to make a phone call and i told the office about it and they dont do nothing about it.. ....I also reported a leak about a 1yr ago and they still haven't fix it it still leaks in my house in the leaving room and my son and I r allergic to mold and it can make us sick

I've had an amazing time the duration of my stay at Hilltop. The staff is very kind and the neighbors are very friendly. It's nice during the day with the bring colored bricks and its quiet at night when you're ready for sleep. If you were to ask me if you should move in... my response would be 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.
