The man who works in the office Kenton is extremely rude and disrespectful to the people who live there. The office personnel used to be so friendly and helpful and make sure everything was taken care of , now it seems like Kenton spends most of his time trying to cause problems for people . It’s sad when maintenance is not getting done as needed by residents and you have no one to talk to about it except for the rude disrespectful “office manager “ who clearly is a big part of the problem. Since Wendy left it has definitely gone down hill. The way things are handled by the office is a huge reason people are selling and moving out . After speaking with several other residents it seems like I am not the only one who feels this way and is very seriously considering selling and getting out of

I have lived here 10 years, and the community has improved greatly in that time. Improvements and updates have added to the quality of living here. There is diversity among the residents. It's just a nice place to live.

My mother owns a town home through them. Rough area but they do have 24/7 security who are definitely on it 😆 they would not leave me alone about parking in the wrong spot everytime I would go visit.

Most economical place to live here in Wichita. Some of the places are very nice. Just hope you have good neighbors!

I've lived here for over 20 years now and it's always been a great place to live!
