My husband and I rented from Hilltop for five years and this is hands down the best management company. Nancy is so attentive and on top of everything. John takes care of maintenance so efficiently and is extremely easy to work with. They’re both really nice and just make the renting experience seamless. Highly recommend!

I've rented from Preller / Hilltop management for the past 6 years and they're absolutely the best that I've rented from. Nancy is extremely helpful and attentive and any issues, should they occur, are fixed promptly. All of their properties are well kept and in very good repair. I tend to be very picky about where i live, and honestly it's their attention to detail that keeps me in the area, and renting with them.
