Hillsider 50 Apartments

I just moved into Hillsider 50 in late July … moving across the country to come to Poulsbo. The Property Manager, Jessica, was so helpful in answering tons of questions prior to my move .. I felt like I already knew her when I finally arrived and met her face to face. She welcomed me and has been amazingly helpful while getting moved in. The apartments are great, nice location, and beautiful views. I feel at home and have an excellent view of the peaks of the Olympic Mountain Range on a clear day. The neighborhood is quiet, and the maintenance staff is very responsive when something comes up. I would highly recommend this as a residence to be considered in Poulsbo.

I love living here! It is very quiet and affordable, and I love that I get to have my cat. The view is so pretty! The manager is really kind and helpful! I’m so glad I moved here!

I’m genuinely wanting to move to Washington and I had an absolutely wonderful conversation with the Landlord. He was very helpful and to the point with all my questions I had. I would absolutely recommend anyone who’s looking to move here to talk to them without a doubt.

The whole complex is clean and well cared for, feels homey. The manager answered every question we had easily and was friendly and very personable.

The property is nice and close to everything in town and is very homey. The place is quiet and clean which I like.
