Hillside Views Apartments

If u like a quiet neighborhood or have a baby don't move here , the maintenance people have been lawn mowing every other day at 9 am and it's so loud . Loud trash truck at 6am u get no sleep here. Very ghetto . They raise rent all the time and very cheap built apartments . Takes maintenance about 3 weeks to come fix something u been asking the office to fix. Horrible

When I wrote my first review I was very upset because my vehicle was towed from the office parking area, even though, it was after hours and I was not in anyone who works there way since it was a Friday night after 5pm. Workers are only there, Monday thur Friday, 9am to 5pm or earlier. I've been here over 9 years. These apartments used to be called President John Adam's Manor and the management was not very friendly. MACC Project has now taken over and now it is called Hillside Views Apartments, a lot of things have changed. Our gated community is now always open. All of your gates used to work and we were given a gate key that we no longer use. We once had security cameras and guards. Now the only cameras are only around the Office building. The leasing staff does not operate or follow any policies MAAC claims they do. I was approached by a black woman named Tasha who told me she would pull strings for a quick move in process for $1000. I was shocked and upset at the unfair advantage some people have over housing needs for local families. She told me someone named Aoura is a racist against blacks and tenants should feel lucky to have her inside the office. And also that if she doesn’t “Like” a certain person or something someone had done she will “do what she has to do” to make them to move out. This was a disgusting and disrespectful first impression.. I was just wondering why she would tell me all this as I quietly waited in front of the main doorway waiting to drop off my application. Had to walk just about a mile due to no parking for visitors... so better..

Management does nothing when there is disruptive behavior by other neighbors. The management is very bias when renting these apartments out to hand picked individuals.
