DO NOT MOVE HERE! Literally the day after I signed my lease, I walked into my unit to a whole family sitting on the floor eating, smoking on the balcony, and roaches crawling everywhere. I immediately went to the leasing office to withdraw from my lease and got a response with laughter and unprofessionalism. I was told I had to pay 3 times my rent to break a lease not even 12 hours old. Reached out to the property manager several times and to this day still have yet to get a response. When I first toured my unit i was told a certain price which made me proceed with putting in an application. Just to find out they charged me $300 extra because "their employee said the wrong number". To me, they just wanted to keep their housing percentages up. I’m writing this review because I’m concerned this place has gotten awful at first it was ok but this past year has been the absolute worst homeless men & women are allowed to come in and out of the building sleeping in the stairwell living in the empty apartments smoking drugs inside the building leaving there needles they are do drugs with on the floor throughout the building and In the garage they roam the halls freely some half naked with no shoes or shirts on the men that’s concerning for people with children it’s not safe for our kids or us we report it but it’s still happening the halls are nasty as we speak the trash is all in the hallway from the trash room as we speak the homeless that bring there pets in with them let them poop all in the hallways and do not clean it up!! Do not lease here, this building is filthy there’s always trash piled up in the hallways, dead & alive roaches scattered across the hallways and sometimes on the doors. Lots of the male staff are creepy and will harass you, sometimes within the comfort of your own unit. Between the constant old dog pee & poo that constantly accumulates on the floors of the hallways and inside the elevators. Be prepared to pay well over $1500 for low quality amenities that are trashed by other residents and the children they fail to watch. Also the “Affordable Housing” they promote on the site is a scam and they will tell you that you qualify for lower rent and wait until the last minute to charge you market rates. This entire complex is a sick joke.

I'm really excited about moving here. The apartments are awesome. Washer and dryer are in the units. The apartments are spacious and are tastefully laid out.

This December makes 2 yrs I have lived at Hillside Flats . I was homeless for lil over 5 yrs. My apartment was everything I ask God for, including the most beautiful view of the Nashville skyline. The staff has always been kind an respectful. I love living there. God Bless staff an owner!
