Hillsborough Pond Apartments

I was interested in renting an apartment because of their awesome pet policy, so I drove out to take a look... I actually drove by twice because I thought I had the wrong place. The pictures on CL look NOTHING like this community. The place looked like a straight ghetto. From the cars in the lot to the windows with broken blinds and duct tape. The "pond" out back was full of green dirty water and looked more like a runoff for sewage. The steps looked like a death trap waiting to happen... I could go on. I'm mad I wasted my gas driving out to this dump. They need to tear the place down and start over again.

Ghetto look and feel. Bad condition, poor maintenance. Currently managed by 3points, located off-site, inexperienced staff.
