Hills at Sandy Station

I have rented here for around a year and a half. I really enjoy the location and convenience to shopping and the freeway. Whereas I have had complaints, those are not directed towards staff nor management. I have had great experiences with groundskeeping, maintenance and office management. They are doing their best to provide a healthy quality living situation for residents. I appreciate that they are continually working on property improvements. Complaints of mine have everything to do with the occasional resident not following simple rules or having the decency to respect their neighbors or the property. There are unfortunately immature folks in every rental community. This place is 10x better than the last place I rented so.. 5 stars. Thanks Hills at Sandy Station.

I've lived here for a few years (so I have quite a bit to say), but part of what makes the experience here is the living and the other part is the staff. Right after moving here, there was a change in management which made me nervous. At the last property I lived at, staff changes occurred sometimes twice a year. Thankfully, the current office staff has stayed the same for (I think) at least 2 years. Rocio (community manager) is incredibly cheerful, informative, and makes a point to say hello when she's out and about. Trevor (office) is very responsive to any inquiry or issue I raise, and follows up either by an email/call or face-to-face when I'm walking my dog. I’ve really enjoyed living at Hills at Sandy Station Apartments. The location is super convenient—right by TRAX, tennis and pickleball courts, and a dog park. The apartment itself feels cozy and welcoming, truly like home. The staff have all been kind and accommodating, which makes a big difference. I especially want to shout out Yanitza, the housekeeper—her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and is so appreciated!

I'll give this place a 5. 1 because here you will meet the sweest and kindest grounds lady ever. She keeps my building very clean. 2 the maintenance guys are awesome at what they do because i have not once in 2 years had issues in my apartment. 3 the location and pricing is 👍 👌 I've been here for two years which says a lot because I normally move every year. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? YES!

The housekeeper, she is absolutely amazing!! She is the sweetest lady I have ever met who always has a positive attitude and a smile and happily greets you every time she sees you. I see her out working on making sure the property is clean first thing in the morning. She is such a hard worker.
