This message is for the company owning these apartments. We went yesterday 1/09/2026 to request information to rent a 1 bed for our son, MAN! The office stinking Pot/Marijuana!! Obviously employees in that office are getting HIGH! It gave a very poor impression. Have someone wash that room, and put professional people with clean clothes and perform a drug test before hiring! We end up finding another apartment somewhere else. Ty!

I have lived here for a long time. It used to be a nice place to live until recent years. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to pay movers to move myself out of my old unit due to black mold spreading (they called it organic growth) because a water leak was not addressed in a timely manner and repairs not made properly. So they let me transfer to another unit at my own expense. Was not allowed to view the unit before hand. Was told it was a fully updated unit. It was not an updated unit what so ever. They knowingly assigned me a unit that was infested with roaches. Since being in this unit ive had to toss furniture, rent a storage unit and spend 100s of dollars trying to get pest proof containers and pest control items. I would complain weekly about the roaches. W

I’ve been having a serious roach issue in my apartment and have been trying to get pest control scheduled. I work long hours during the week and on Saturdays, so I’ve done my best to reach the office several times. Every time I called, no one answered. I even tried stopping by on a few Saturday mornings, but the leasing agent, Daisy who’s supposed to be in the office was never there. The office wasn’t open, and neighbors around the area even told me that Daisy usually opens the office late. So, I decided to try again during my lunch break, and finally, Daisy was there. Honestly, she smelled like she’d been drinking and looked like she had been partying all night. She told me she would schedule pest control, but no one has shown up since. What a joke. 3 months later update is the same, roaches still here, nothing has been done. Still roaches. I’ve been complaining for over a year. They will reply here that this is unacceptable and they are fixing it, lies. Move in at your own risk, or next door, same management. Location is great but dealing with constant disrespect is not it. Well management never contacted me personally, and scheduled pest control couldn’t enter my apartment because they didn’t have the key to enter. Great management, I love it here. There’s a roach infestation that I have been addressing for over a year and it’s just getting worse. This was an entire terrible experience I moved from another city so I couldn’t view the unit then it was infested with roaches. They transferred me into another unit and the roach problem was gone but another issue arose with mold for over 6 months non stop they were going to transfer me again they that unit had roach infested problems do I moved out entirely in which this caused me to get real sick in the hospital. Please avoid this place so overall I moved a few times within my agreement
