Hillcrest Green Apartments

I am very pleased that the apartments are working on clearing off sidewalks,parking lots,etc. I have been living here for 22 years this coming May and that has been done before! Thank you management for doing this!

Put a call in regarding Hillcrest Green II apts. Never reveived a call or email about my voicemail.Got a call today from a very unfriendly person who said she is the manager..all she did was say she had called before and left a voicemail..totally untrue. No kindness, tone of voice that was friendly, uncaring..no thanks for me living with that! Going to call theor corporate...that is uncalled for!!!!

These apartments have actually been bought out (and are currently being totally remodeled with all new and modern style fixtures and furnishings, and actually look super cute inside! New flooring, all newly painted bright white, new dark colored wood cabinets with brushed nickel handles & hinges that are very classy, new appliances and just 100% clean and newly renovated apartments)! I'm not sure if it's the same management that all of these other bad reviews are talking about, but I'm pretty sure it's a totally new management team as well. Definitely worth checking out for anyone that liked the apartments or that area before, but just couldn't take the manager. Heck, these newly remodeled apartments are nicer than any other apartments I've seen around here! Check them out!!

Met with Jenell the manager about flooring and she's really nice and friendly. Anyways, the place was freshly renovated about 7 months ago and a tenant moved out and she had us replace carpets. A manager that does not cut corners, to me show she cares about the property.

I went to visit Hillcrest Green to get on the wait-list and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager Jenelle. She had the warmest smile on her face. I can't wait until my name names comes up for a 1 bedroom. I wish my current apartments had the same feel when you walk in.
