I never thought I'd live here when I was younger an growing into the world as I'd put it. Lol! Unfortunately situations unfold and crumble and your left with no other decision but to take the step an make it the best you can with what you got. I moved in late 2017 and Unfortunately still here (My boyfriend an I )but I'll tell ya what, from what I know of the place it's 100% different then years ago 100% different from all the horrible stories you'd hear about this place. It's perfect for a family in need of a restart or just starting. The apartments are very nice and as long as your not a lazy, unclean person it will stay that way an be perfect for you an your family. The office an maintenence guys are fantastic! Very helpful and absolutely friendly! They are also quick to fix anything tha

We have lived her for 2 1/2 years. The apartments are very nice, the grounds are well kept, office staff and maintainence are kind and helpful. Playground and laundry building provided. Mailboxes next to playground. Yearly inspections and other small inspections throughout the year. Lots of children. Good family community. Parking can be a pain though. Designated resident and visitor parking lots, but not everyone follows it as it should be. All in all a nice place to live.

Alot of druggies, Drama, chaos. My sister lives up there only bc it's low income

Hard place to get an apartment especially when you have bad credit and a pregnant woman and they refuse to give people a chance to prove they are not that bad of people
