Hillcrest Apartments

I'm a 5-year resident at Hillcrest Park, and I could not have asked for a more meaningful living experience, ever. I've dealt with so much here, after leaving an inhabitable environment before moving, to going through major health issues that took me out of work completely, to moving back into the workforce, and navigating life thereafter, Hillcrest has literally become home to me...a safe and sound home...and I'm even more grateful for the current management team, and their diligence in making this space even better day by day. Our community director, Angela, has been so helpful on multiple occasions in providing room for me to figure it all out, and I don't think I can ever express how much just, being seen and heard, helps, when everything around you feels like it's going haywire. I have been in the community 3 years it has been a wonderful experience any issues we may have I can call on our property manger Ms. Angela and she has a solution every time!!! The community is well kept and very quiet I would recommend this property to anyone!

Living in this apartment complex has truly been great. For the most part, we have no problems and it has even become a little community with our immediate neighbors. There is no drama, unnecessary situations, etc. and we get along with those we interact with. Also! I truly believe ever since we got our new manager Angela, things has been 10x better. Service request that we put in has been done in a timely manner, and she’s honestly a pleasant and warm person. I appreciate how she treats us and I love a manager that’s willing to listen to their tenants.

While my roommate and I have only lived here for a little over a month, I've been astounded by the seamlessness of the application and move-in process, the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere of the complex, and our neighbors. Having had poor experiences with other management and complexes in Atlanta, this has been a dream. I cannot commend Ms. Angela enough for how warm, welcoming and communicative she's been throughout the process. We are absolutely in love with our apartment and any maintenance issues that arise have been quickly taken care of. What a difference it's been! The cat also loves the amount of green and birds to watch :) We love it here!

I work with various apartment communities and property managers, working with Ms. Angela has by far been one of the best experiences I've had. Her attention to detail, care for her residents and great communication are the tip of the iceberg of working with her. Anyone who lives at her community certainly has a dedicated manager!
