Hill Court Apartments

These apartment complex have no compassion for the elderly who have handicapped parking . with the winter season here there’s no one cleaning up the snow to avoid accidents and falls maintenance doesn’t prioritize shoveling for there residents at all in on time fashion or salt the areas just leaves a bucket for residents to do the front entrance but not driveways . It’s been 6 years and still we haven’t gotten our door bell fixed for nurses and visitors to visit my parents with there care needs . Also a problem with visitors not able to get out there cars without a risk for fall to provide there services for there clients . I don’t recommend this place for your love ones there inconsiderate and ignorant to resident rights where they pay to live here not be treated bad with poor customer s

I just wanted to write a short review about Juan, our maintenance person here. He's always quick to respond and when he does, he's fast and efficient. He always does a great job and he's always very friendly and happy to help. I wish all maintenance people were like Juan. He waves and smiles all the time and is a joy to be around and a great asset to the organization.

By far the worst managed apartments in Irondequoit, I highly do not recommend this complex at all, there maintenance people will not show up until the problem is bigger situation, I never in my 35 years of my life never seen horrible management like this, on top of that I’m 6 months ahead, and the property manager thinks she’s the probation officer to the complex, thinking she got the complex in control,TO The Community of Rochester THIS Complex is By far The worst, anywhere on E.ridge rd but Definitely not this one! I promise!!

Worst worst maintenance this apartments got also they barely answer the phones , and the washer machines are horrible I be paying for no reason it doesn’t even clean the clothes right or dry them right, and the basement stinks. To be honest these apartments don’t even deserve 1000 and above rent. And also everything sticks in the hallways of these apartments and basement in 28 hill court circle.

Nobody got back in contact with me at all not by phone or email. I was referred by two former tenants still no avail. It might not be meant bcuz at this point I'm over kissing ssa to rent somewhere especially around a bunch of Puerto Ricans and as far as that weak reply it don't change what I said
