We decided to use HCC to build our new home after firing another builder. I think it was the best decision we have ever made. Andy drew our plans exactly how we wanted. We were in a hurry to get going because our previous house sold fast and were living in an rv. We were able to move in exactly when he said it would be done. His contractors all have been with him for decades and not a one had a bad thing to say about his business. The workmanship of the crews is second to none. His foreman Ryan was always polite and answered any questions I had. We have now been in our house for 11 months and are as happy now as we were on day one.

0/5 stars is my official review but didn’t have a choice but to rate them 1/5 to leave a review.... 1st of all their office manager is rude and has NO customer service at all! 2nd their contract workers are forced to litter since according to the office manager the company is NOT required to provide a trash can or dumpster until "a some certain phase in the building process". Leaving their contractors who need to stay nourished and well hydrated in this Texas summer heat throw their daily and job site trash in a pile which is blown into the surrounding neighbor's yards, leaving the surrounding home owners to pick up their litter from our yards since the contractors don't clean up after themselves! What a cheap business, and probably charges "an arm and a leg" to build a house, that they
