Hill Chateau Apartments

I read the headline about this place being auctioned off, I don’t know how to feel about that but let me tell you my experience. It was horrible. I was supposed to move in June 1 I signed the lease paid first month and security deposit no problem. Well, when I first open the door, this is day one moving day that is and there was equipment all over the place I have pets so there was screws and nails on the floor tools. All around there was even dust from I believe was drywall or paint all around on the floor you couldn’t even move so much as a bed in there and thank God I didn’t because sure enough as I was entering the bedroom I picked up a nail and turn slightly and noticed a bedbug on one of these boxes almost like a little box that you plug in once upon a time probably for a house phone

I've been here at the complex for about a year and it's very decent place to live.a lot of people normally Complain about things because They don't pay rent and or looking for Something perfect. I and my family find this place to be decent place to live.the maintenance staff are prompt. and the new updated building is alright for a old building. The painting and plumbing being upgraded is nice Including pest control monthly. and management will address your concerns In a timely manner as well. and adding the security cameras gave it a change. It's a decent place to live. I'm johnny and that's my review and opinion

I've lived here since 3/1/2024. Management and mantaince have turned this place into a safe and comfortable place to live. This is by far the quietest place I've ever lived in. It does have issues, but at least they are working on them. They spray every month and fix what ever you request.

Idk what the other reviews are regarding, I just recently moved into an apartment here, and management has been patient and ever so helpful during the move in process. The apartments are spacious and newly refurnished, friendly neighbors and in a prime part of town. Regarding the previous reviews I haven’t seen one bug, and my apartment was clean and tidy when I moved in. I feel completely happy and safe here and I’m happy to be a resident of “hill chateau” not to mention I feel very sophisticated telling people where I live. I highly recommend renting here.

The New Hill Chateau under New management has apartments for rent . 1 bedroom 2 bedroom 3 bedroom also suits and everything is being remodeled. Great place to start a new beginning and affordable, come or call and make an appointment.
