I have been doing business with Hill and Homes for 25 years. They are fantastic. They do all my Grand Junction property management. As of now they are taking care of 4 houses. They do a fantastic job. Alice does a great job keeping properties rented and maintained Bev is great very honest she does exactly what she says she’s gonna do and gets it done right.

We have bought and sold almost a dozen houses through Hill and Homes over the years. Bev Crawford has been our realtor for over 20 years! She is honest and down to earth. She goes above and beyond. She has helped with cleaning, staging, painting and even epoxied our garage floor even though we couldn’t be there to help!

If you you want your valuables stolen from your locked and “secure” storage unit, then try this place I guess. Had a massive and systemic security breach occurring over at least 7-8 months and affecting “many” units. Was heartbreaking to lose some very valuable items. We had multiple padlocks on, which did not appear to be tampered with. So yeah, something very not secure about this facility. When I called the management to ask what they were going to do about my stolen property, they told me that the theft wasn’t their problem and they had no liability. I tried going further up the chain but they won’t return my calls. If you advertise a “secure facility” but many peoples units get burglarized in a systematic, months long security attack, then that sure sounds like NEGLIGENCE to me. I won

Rented a storage unit from them. During the rental they changed the gate code without notification. They don't prorate your final month, but when we said we were going to be vacating the storage unit, they cut our lock off during our paid rental period because they wanted to rent it out mid month. Then they called me, not to tell me about the removed lock, but to complain that they wanted to rent it to get double rent for the end of the month.

I previously rented a home from this company and by far it has been the best experience I have ever had with a property management team thus far. Alice was very friendly and I appreciate how much work she put in to getting me into the rental ASAP and getting it ready for move in. Whenever I needed anything they were very prompt. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family! Very satisfied.
