Highwater Flats

Don't move here! For the amount of money it's a RIP OFF! They don't maintain the hallways! There has been a holes in the walls for years, the handrail has been loose for months, the carpet on the stairs is dirty and needs to be swept! If you go to the office building, it's nice and clean! They supposedly have 24/7 maintenance THATS A LIE! my thermostat has not worked in 12 hours and I called at 6 pm and now it's 12 am and no has been here yet! DONT move here there are better places in the area!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the staffing that we have here have high water flats. They efficiency excellent work work effects. Always gotta smile on her face if I need something done. They're willing to do it with no problem. The neighbors are friendly. Is peace and quiet out here? I love that and maintenance does an excellent job in trying to maintain this and keep everything clean. Thank you.

We've been living at Highwater Flats for nearly a year now, and I can say with complete confidence—this place is fantastic. From day one, the office staff has been prompt, professional, and genuinely attentive. Shaema in the office is always kind, responsive, and on top of things. And Ray from maintenance? He’s an absolute gem—efficient, respectful, and quick to resolve any issues. It's easy to complain online, but rarely do people mention their own part in what they’re frustrated about. I've seen reviews mentioning trash near the dumpsters, yet I don’t see those same folks making an effort to keep things clean—or even picking up after their own pets. I normally don’t write reviews, but after seeing some of the nonsense being said about Highwater Flats, I felt it was time to speak up. We've lived here for almost a year, and let me tell you — it’s been a solid experience. Shaema in the office handles business. She’s responsive, direct, and doesn’t play games. And Ray, the maintenance man, gets things done. You submit a request, it’s fixed—no delays, no excuses. The neighbors we’ve met here have all been friendly and respectful. There’s a sense of community that makes it feel like more than just a place to live. This place is quiet, clean, and well-managed. Do not move here .At first I thought it was decent place to live at . 2023 When I first moved there the toilet constantly leak . I suppose to got a discount by where i work office manager told they don't give disounts .Window constantly falling out in the living room . When you take a shower the water would run under the paint or what ever it is is the tub I kept complaining about that . Cold air come in from frame of the window contacted cooperate they sent a contractor he stated the windows where not the right windows for the apartment . Office manager said the don't have the money in the budget to fix the windows that's what I pay rent for. Light bill was high they said they couldn't do anything . 2024 I was told I do get a discount so they put that towards my rent. I had no ac for t
