W’ve lived here for about two years, and I can confidently say this is why you should not live here: 1. High crime area: Two of our vehicles were stolen from the parking lot—one right in front of our apartment. Despite several emails and visits to the office, management doesn’t seem to care. I even suggested adding more lighting, but months later, nothing has been done. I believe 1-2 cars are stolen on average per month!!!! 2. False “luxury” claims: They advertise these apartments as “luxury,” but honestly, the corridors look worse than Colfax Avenue. It’s embarrassing and disgusting. I can’t even invite friends over because I’m ashamed of the condition of the property. 3. Understaffed maintenance: It usually takes one to several days to fix anything. If your AC breaks, expect to sweat it

This apartment was beautiful inside didn't have a problem with the living wise but the only thing I didn't like was theirs neighbors who complain if ur on third floor if u have a child and apartments listen to the neighbors and try to kick u out their apartments with agreements theirs also neighbors who leave dog crap on ur front door or trash and theirs no cameras anywhere around the buildings the parking sucks no room water sucks there's not enough hot water the only hot water is the tub but with shower it's not as hot and u don't have a way into the patio storage

9/14/21 Quick update - the trash cans look different, service is still erratic. If you place a bag in the can, and it's too hard to get out - they'll mark it as heavy. Set it by the trashcan, they'll take it. They power washed the halls once, a month or so ago. We've already got more trash juice. Someone parked in my neighbor's driveway, and stayed there the entire night. Towing company wouldn't do anything because neighbor didn't have the new parking tag etc. They wouldn't even take a copy of the lease. ***I said quick so I'll leave it at that, still can't wait to leave!!!*** (Original) I expected a lot more than what we got here. The hallways are disgusting, parking is horrible, trash is ridiculous, noise…management …it’s all bad. Can’t wait to leave.

I recently toured the apartment, and Odalys was great! We had toured many apartments that same day and she definitely contributed to this complex standing out from the rest, as not everybody made us feel comfortable. I have yet to move in, but the complex is in a great area with many stores surrounding. It also seems very clean, and the apartments themselves are spacious and modern. Great experience!

Will process evictions without sending proper documentation even without having the correct names on the lease. It is ok for them to lose paperwork and not be held accountable but they refuse to fix their mistakes. Recommend living anywhere else besides here. Shady business practice and incompetent staff
