Living here for the past six years has been a truly positive experience. Over the last three to four years, the new management and maintenance team have made a noticeable difference. They’ve brought a level of professionalism, organization, and care that really shows in how the property is run. The community feels cleaner, safer, and better maintained overall. My experience living here for one year was honestly terrible. The problems started the day we moved in because the apartment wasn’t even ready. The floors had big air bubbles under them from being installed incorrectly, so they ripped them up and we had bare concrete floors for almost two weeks. A little later, a pipe burst in the bathroom. It flooded our floor and leaked into the downstairs neighbor’s ceiling. Maintenance was always extremely slow, and nothing ever felt urgent to them, even when it clearly was. During heavy rain, water started leaking through the living room light fixture and the ceiling fan. Even the fire alarm was dripping water, which was obviously dangerous. Again, the response from maintenance took way too long. When we moved out, they charged us for the bathtub s

I've lived here for almost 4 years and the amenities are always horrible. The car care area rarely has working water, they removed the vacuum hose, the pool is almost always dirty even though they close on Monday's to clean, the dog park is all dirt and turds.... and one or both gates are usually broken. To top it off they raise the rates every year without any improvements.
