Highpoint Village Apartments

I'd keep an eye out for the new maintenance guy there says he knows what he's doing but he doesn't he installed a bunch of new Condensers at the last property and they all had to be replaced. Says he'll come back to finish work but never dose waited months for my AC to work in dead of summer.

This place is arguably the worst place to live in Wichita Falls (Sunvalley is right there next to it!). One lady in the office is very kind and hospitable, the other...not so much. Between shootings, stabbings, bugs, drugs, etc....I cant believe my son and I made it out of there alive! The units are horribly maintained. Waited several months to get an air filter (that they are supposed to supply), maintenance will leave messes in the unit and use your linen to clean messes then throw them on the floor. They will also enter your unit without any notice to do maintenance as well. Pest control is all but scarce and it shows. This place is awful and I would not recommend anyone living here unless they hate themselves I guess. For your own sanity, look elsewhere.

I have lived here for years, the management is great, they are understanding, caring and as long as you do not cause problems you won’t have any issues with them! The maintenance is the problem they never fix anything and when they do it doesn’t get done right. They need to spray the apartments monthly in order to get rid of bugs. As of now it is a home for me and my children

There have been multiple shootings and stabbings.Trashy apts. Most units have cockroaches and when neighbors move out, their cockroaches come to the next unit. Ppl in the office are rude and they take forever to fix anything. I lived there for almost a yr back in 2019. You couldn't pay me to live there again.

A home is what you make of it. Im greatful to have a safe place to live with my childern. Yes i said safe, its no worse here then anywhere else. I have an amazing support system here, i like living here. And the apartments are fine, some TLC and its home. DIY
