Highpoint at Cypresswood

I just moved into Highpoint at Cypresswood and so far, I’m loving it! The location is perfect, and the property is very clean and well-maintained. I haven’t had a chance to use the amenities yet, but they look amazing and I’m definitely planning to take full advantage of them. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Joseph, the property manager. He was fantastic super responsive, professional, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. I really appreciated how he kept in constant contact and made me feel like a priority. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment in the area!

I've lived here for the past 3 1/2 years and although the complex is not what it used to be from when i moved in, the place is pretty decent. The people who have moved in are mostly blame for how the hallways are not kept up with at times but maintenance is great at picking up whatever is left out on the floors. Joseph the property manager is very kind and helpful with any and every question or issue I've ever had. Maintenance has always addressed service requests I've put in promptly, big or small. The location of the property is also a big plus, everything is near by which makes it very convenient. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

From the moment I walked into Highpoint Cypresswood, Angel was incredibly helpful, he listened to my requests and needs and showed me apartments that perfectly fit what I was looking for. Kimberly and Joseph have also been so welcoming and quick to help with any questions I’ve had during my move. Every employee here is kind, caring, and always willing to help, even Ernesto, the maintenance man, goes above and beyond! The community is pet-friendly, the amenities are clean, and the environment is peaceful. I’m really happy to call this place home!

Throughout the entire move-in process, Joesph has been instrumental. He was very compassionate, quick to respond, helpful, and professional. We are very happy with the service we received. Kudos to Joesph, Kimberly, and Lorena for such a pleasant experience and going above and beyond.

Lorena Vargas was nice and fun. She had a lot incomen with us. Over-all we like the place and the options (if i don't comment again either because we did not move here or was satisfied and have no other words to say)
