Highline North Apartments

I want to leave a review for Janice Dunn because she truly made our leasing experience wonderful. I am moving from Michigan to North Carolina, and I was honestly very nervous because I didn’t know much about the area or the process. Janice was the first person I spoke with, and she completely changed my impression and made me feel comfortable about everything. She was extremely patient with us and answered all of our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. No matter how many times we called, she always answered the phone with such a positive and welcoming tone. That really meant a lot to us during a stressful move. I moved here in the fall from out of state. I love my home, the community, and the entire staff. Nicole was incredible in making this a smooth transition. This community is very active with events, gorgeous pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. The maintenance staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely responsive! This area is really safe with a mountain feel, yet minutes to downtown Weaverville and Asheville! I am happy that I found this gem!

We’ve been living at Highline North Apartments for about a week and a half now, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing so far. From the very beginning, Nicole has been absolutely outstanding. She’s been patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful through every step of the process—from answering all our questions to making sure we felt confident and comfortable during our move-in. You can really tell she cares about the residents, and her whole team reflects that same professionalism and kindness. Maintenance has also been fantastic. We put in a couple of requests early on, and the maintenance guys responded quickly and took care of everything without any hassle. I’ve had such a great experience moving into Highline North Apartments! From the very beginning, the leasing team was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the community itself feels welcoming and well cared for! I highly recommend Highline North to anyone looking for a place that truly feels comfortable, modern, and well-managed!

While I have not (yet) rented here my wife and I do plan on applying soon! We booked a last minute tour online and Nicole, the property manager, was incredible. She was quick to greet us as the leasing agent was with another tour, and actually gave us the entirety of the tour herself. She was thoughtful, provided great and honest insight, professional and kind throughout the tour. We plan on applying soon to hopefully move in here but just from the premises, layouts, and experience with Nicole I am writing this review!
