If I could give a 0 I would. Ozelin is the realtor for the buyers of our home. He has not communicated with our realtors at all. We were supposed to close the 31st. Nothing .. NEVER told us the buyers had to refinance a home in order to close on our home. Found this out by the title company .. they have defaulted on the contract and the poor buyers are going to lose a beautiful home and their $5k deposit! Horrible way to do business!! Stay clear!!

BEWARE! BEWARE. Agent that works at this location, Angel Izquierdo is a con artist. I want to give a warning about this guy, Angel Izquierdo. He is a realtor throughout Florida. He was our realtor when we bought our home a few years ago. While purchasing he told us he remodels kitchens and does work like that. We hired him to redo our entire kitchen and build 2 custom vanities for the bathrooms. We signed a contract and sent him the money. He gave us shells of cabinet, no doors drawers, nothing. He didn't even install all of the cabinets, the ones he did are rough, had gaps between them, and partially painted, they are very poor quality. We never received the vanties. He stole our money and we never heard from him again. I have the signed contract and hundreds of messages. Be very cautious

If you want to sell your home DO NOT use Annette Krupnicka. She is extremely rude and will burn the deal. 3 star average for Highlight Realty says a lot.

Stay clear at all costs from Highlight Realty. One agent in particular, Shirley Gabriel, responded to my husband and me combatively to a simple rental inquiry with a price negotiation. When we proposed to negotiate on a rental price, she wrongly accused us of not being able to afford the unit prior to any submission of application. I responded that her response was unprofessional, and we're not interested anymore. I thought that would be the end of it. Nope! She continued to escalate her argument and accuse us of "wanting a rebate", which is delusional, and ranted about her justification for treating us this way. She tried to shame me not to offer lower prices; however, its all over the news.. Miami is an oversaturated rental and housing market. I did what any savvy renter would do, and
