Lived here for almost two years. They switched on site management & new management is not helpful with maintenance at all. Was told I had to wait for almost a month to see rodent care (was getting bit by spiders repeatedly in summer of 23) since they had came the day before and only come twice a month. Was also told I won’t be getting a new screen door, with mine being broken for almost a year. The handle falls off, the bottom piece falls off and it barely shuts. They just installed new screen doors on ‘vacant’ rentals months before and my options are a used one or removal. Edit to add: maintenance team is great & helpful. The office manager is the opposite.

It used to be a good calm place before new management took over. Suddenly rent is going up hundreds of dollars for units that are falling apart. Electric plug ins popping because they are so outdated, appliances dont fully work, cabinets are so old and stained, several cracks in ceilings. They recently removed the playground as well. The only addition to the apartments that benefit everyone is some dog baggies and repainted the units an ugly color scheme. This itself doesnt seem to make up for the older unit's rents going up. Also new landlord lady needs to take some costumer services classes from the previous landlord Ian.

Very clean place. The apartments are definitely older but are well maintained and cared for at an affordable price. Any time I have any issues, maintenance gets it taken care of quickly which is important to me. So far, so good!

I’ve lived here for the last three years and love it here! Older units but greatly maintained. The renovations made around the property have really transformed this place in the last couple of years :)

It's halfway between i-5 and i-205 on mill plain, so getting to anywhere in portland/beaverton for work or tax free shopping is super easy. Most things I need are within walking/biking distance, and the bus stop is at the corner. Pretty quiet and they keep the property looking nice.
