Ive had no bad experiences with my time here 😊. If there is an issue with maintenance or what not. It gets taking care of. With my daughter being autistic they have helped tremendously with the respecting her and how she reacts to them being there.

The place is great, I think it needs Outdoor common spaces for people to sit. It would add a nice touch. You could add benches in the front or the empty back.

I was a little taken back when I arrived to do my paper work . I was treated with respect and kindness . They took care of everything that needed to be done that same day. I was never looked down upon or made to feel low because I desperately need a home .. I lost everything and ended up with my two grandchildren I was at my lowest when I went in there and they were all a breath of fresh air.. I have hope now .. Thank you all so much . I'm a little nervous now waiting for my letter to come in to see if I'm approved.. It's all in God's hands now .. I give this place 5 stars 100 %

I've been living at Highlands for about a year between walnut village and Cypress Ave. The ladies Anita and Brandy have been so wonderful and sweet. They were there for me when I was having issues and did everything they could to help. Mr. Harris was great and so was maintenance. They were a team and got the issue resolved for me.
