Bill was amazing to work with! His knowledge and willingness to educate us about the mortgage process was extremely helpful. Bill was also very accommodating during the application process when there is paperwork that needs to be submitted and completed. His team was quick and efficient with keeping us updated on the status of everything and even offered to bring papers directly to us for signing to keep everything moving smoothly. Overall, we had a first-class experience with Bill and his team!

THE BEST. This was my first time buying a home and our realtor recommended a local lender, knowing that responsiveness and turn-around time would be critical in such a sellers market. That's why we chose Bill but we're writing this review because of everything that came after that initial decision. Throughout the process, Bill was easy to get a hold of, even on the weekends and late at night. He moved everything quickly and was there for the millions of questions I had. Great communication. We don't always know where things are in the process but with Bill, I had regular updates on where the buyer was in the process. Sadly, this is seldom the case so while Bill did a great job for his client, he made the overall process a much better experience for all involved.
