Nothing gets fixed my friend has only one outlet in the kitchen and only one in living room that work all others don't her fridge door won't close properly so you can see the light on at all times through the opening by door and the AC can't get the bedrooms cool at all and they don't allow any personal AC in the windows

New management. Lengthy application process. Deposit is fair. Income based. Management on site. Community wash room. Individual lock boxes with key. This apartment does run credit check and requires 5 years of rental history, bank statements and 3 personal refrences. Its a federally run complex with zero drug policy.

This place is filthy and most of the machines don't work and the ones that do work take and steal your coins. No one is ever on duty to assist you our return your money. We desperately need a decent laundrymat in this town.

From the outside looking in this place looks really good. Pretty clean, landscape is good, & there seems to be enuf parking for everybody. Pretty nice!

Cars stolen,drugs,although the manager ( brandy ) does the best she can,she is very professional,she can't be on duty 24/7.she really cares................
