Highlands at Heathbrook Apartments

Starting off with talking with Kayla over the phone, doing my tour with Daniela and deciding to sign a lease with this complex I haven't regretted it one bit. Been here living for almost a month and anything maintenance related has fixed everything that we've asked to be done. They're quick and efficient! Overall I would say this is definitely a place I'd say you need to tell your friends and family about. They've got a pool, playground, security at night and a gym on top of everything else. Can't forget that you're walking distance from shopping, food and banking all in one spot. I plan on staying here for the long haul ☺️.

Move in was so easy. Everyone is so nice. The office went ahead and put in a work order for things they noticed before I moved in (that I didn’t even notice yet) and they were fixed right away. There was only one other thing I needed fixed and it was done in less than 24 hours. They communicated well with me through everything and they were so nice. Thank you guys for my new home 💗

Our experience has been excellent. From the moment we completado our olive aplication proceso, Joenelly and Daniella guided us step by step to ensure everything was perfect. Regarding maintenance, all our complaints were addressed in record time. We are so happy we choose Highlands at Heathbrook the place we call home. The setting is beautiful, the grande are well-maintained, and trash removal is also excellent. We want to thanks Joenelly, Daniela and Kelly for all the help they gave us during our moving process.

I absolutely loved living at Highlands at Heathbrook .From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The management team is super responsive and friendly, always quick to help with any issues. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels really safe. One of my favorite things is the quiet neighbors, amenities the jacuzzi/ heat spa, the pool and tennis court. The location is also super convenient walking distance to Publix supermarket , subway and pizza. Overall, this place truly feels like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience!

Highlands felt like home from day one! It’s quiet, comfortable, and well taken care of. The team there was always helpful and responsive, and everything from the landscaping to the shared spaces was kept in great shape. It’s in a great area too, close to everything but still nice and calm. I only moved out because I bought a house, but I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
