★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) We have been waiting 3 weeks for our heater to be fixed. We submitted maintenance requests multiple times, and still nothing has been done. It’s cold, and this is not a small issue. There is one lady in the office, Evelin — she is very kind and always responds when you contact her. I appreciate her effort. But even though she tries to help, the maintenance team still does not fix the problem, and we are still without heat. There is also no real emergency service here. If you have an urgent problem, they will not come quickly or solve it in time. Meanwhile, the property manager drives around every day looking for any small thing to fine residents for. If you accidentally leave something in front of your door, they send a letter and charge you a fine immediately. But when r

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!! The staff are rude & condescending, apartments have a roach infestation, no a/c (requested to get it fixed but to no avail), TERRIBLE odor. Dumpster is always filled leading to rats everywhere. They don't answer the phone half the time nor are they in the office. When applying, instead of them letting you know what documents are needed you have to continue contacting them (which is a headache bc they dont answer). It took us THREE WEEKS to get an apartment. DO NOT BOTHER MOVING HERE! THEY'RE A HEADACHE!! There are way better options out there. Honestly, if its a last resort go ahead.

Dilma is very professional and she speak Spanish for all those Latinos who need help, she is the best, I potencially sugest Dilma for any legal document you need to fill it out for your renting, come with Dilma Sance and she will be more then happy to help you start to finish.

great apartment, highly recommended super family and home like. Staff that work here are very efficient and helpful. Especially Dilma Sance she’s a wonderful person and very enjoyable and kind simply the best!
