Excellent location with convenient Beltline access. Management is very responsive, approachable and cooperative. I've had most of my paperwork/issues handled by Lori, who always acts with speed and communicates clearly. I feel comfortable to pop in with any concerns anytime. I've been plenty happy here for months now.

We lived here for 4 years. Lori in management maintains a high level of professionalism with operations, staffing, and customer service. They are pet friendly and on the beltline! I loved it there.

I have lived at Highland View Apartments for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it here. It’s quiet, clean, and in close proximity to so many great places. In particular, I truly appreciate the maintenance crew — they always do an excellent job. And Lori Knight-Ford is a godsend! She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make this a wonderful place to live.

I lived here for almost two years and had nothing but an excellent experience. The management is wonderful and friendly - Lori is the best apartment manager I have ever had! Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns, parking is easy and always available, and the beltline access and location make it such a fun place to live. The leasing office is always hosting events for residents which is awesome! Definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a gem in the heart of Atlanta.

I’m so happy to be out of this place! It’s just another apartment complex that takes advantage of its location to have awful management. The management office doesn’t have one human being in there with a heart. It’s a bunker instead of a warm office that will nickel and dime you and won’t work with you to solve issues. You can kiss your security deposit goodbye in every case. I had my apartment professionally cleaned and they refused to give it back because of the smallest of issues - which they would have taken care of regardless before someone moves in. The leasing office is pretty predatory looking back on many of my interactions. Parking is also the worst. They claim they don’t manage the parking lot when you get booted, which your guests definitely will, yet whoever “manages” the lot
