Joseph (member of maintenance crew) came to unclog the toilet in one bathroom and also checked on the toiler in the other bathroom while here although there was no work order submitted on the second toilet. He replaced the toilet tank fixtures and also recommended that toilet be replaced within about 5 months because it’s 10 years old. He is professional, observant, kind and friendly. He’s very good at his job.

Please, if you are thinking about moving here, read and look at the pictures that I put on here. When I first moved to these apartments, I wrote a list of things that were wrong with the apartment. The paint jobs were horribly done the cabinets, the stove, the refrigerator. Everything was just dirty and roach infested. I wrote that very clearly on both papers so for the first few months, I was going back-and-forth with the office trying to get this roach issue settled along with the many other things I had wrote on the piece of paper not too long after that, a guy moved in and was feeding all the cats which eventually brought more there was a hole where my laundry machines were and they were getting into the ceiling and it was starting to form a very bad smell. Office management is never on the same page. Having issues with a SPECIFIC group of kids kicking soccer balls to apartment windows and climbing on balconies. Office management used the excuse that we're behind the playground but I haven't had ALL the other kids that play there hit my windows and climb in my balcony on my furniture just that group. Went to office management and was told to call the cops of course they were no help. Instead of doing their jobs and getting a hold of the parents they say there is nothing they can do, even though if they break property the apartment company are the ones that have to pay to fix it. Was told 2 different things by 2 different sets of office managers neither helped. you would think that they would want to keep the tenents that always pay rent on t

If I could give zero stars. I would they are horrible. And charge you for every little thing once move out even if you notice 50 days in advance. The apartment was falling apart put in request and always said the same thing everything is working. The roches were the worst put in request about them the move in first day . Someone supposedly was going to spray never did. Wouldn't recommend at all!! Management is the worst!!!. Wasn't me who lived there was someone i know wrote this review with them. As to keep there privacy from them!

Glad to have moved out already! I needed to call maintenance for an emergency at night at one point and they weren’t responding, so I had to take care of that situation, as well as my washer/dryer breaking down. It did not getting properly fixed, and took forever to get a replacement without any sort of compensation for that inconvenience. On top of that, one of the pools was very neglected, gates never worked, and had loud neighbors blasting music late at night. Those are some of the negative experiences I had while living here, would not recommend even for the price of a 1bed/1bath
