Highland Ridge Apartments

I absolutely love living here. I have dealt with John in the office for months before moving here. It was hard to decide where to go but overall the experience I’ve had with him and coming back numerous times leading up to my decision was easy. He was and is very respectful, helpful and very attentive to any of my concerns. He is an awesome young man and very good at what he does. Chloe is also great and resourceful. They make a great team and I’m glad I’ve made the right choice for my family and myself.

I’m coming up on one month of living here, and it has been a GREAT experience so far! The leasing office team, Chloe and John, are amazing, friendly, helpful, and always professional. The maintenance staff, Dwight and Ty, are on point and respond very quickly whenever something is needed. The community is clean, and I especially love the clubhouse. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to other young professionals like myself. One small note for residents: the trash chute area only becomes an issue when people leave bags on the ground instead of placing them inside. I recently saw several bags left on the floor even though there was still plenty of space in the chute. If everyone does their part, we can keep our community clean and safe. We scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment to tour a townhome and drove 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived, there was no proper greeting, and the front desk only asked for ID before telling us that, despite having an appointment, no units were ready to show. This was a complete waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for potential renters.

I would like to recognize Artavius for his outstanding professionalism and helpful service. He was prompt, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured everything was completed thoroughly and efficiently. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. THEY DO NOT CARE BECAUSE THEY ARE AN INVESTMENT COMPANY RATHER THAN A MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THERE ARE SO MANY BEAUTIFUL NEW COMPLEXES BEING BUILT AROUND HERE. I WOULD NOT RENEW MY LEASE IF THEY GAVE ME AN ENTIRE YEAR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I am so disappointed with how much this complex has gone down hill since new management took over in November. - you can never get ahold of office personnel - people hangout in stair wells and smoke both cigarettes and weed and they don't do anything about it. - we are supposed to be a nonsmoking community however now they are sending out emails stating it will now be effective July 1st. Even though they said it was smoke free from the beginning. You cannot be on your patio or have your windows open because the smoke comes right in. - the dog poop bins a
