My friend has called Wednesday, Thursday and today to inquire about a property that was just listed. No answer calling the number listed and Paul Snyder's number states "not taking calls." This is not acceptable for a business.

Paul was amazing help, he helped us find the perfect spot to rent and accommodate our needs. We are so excited to move into our new place and thank him so much for helping us sort out any of the issues we had. We would recommend them and definitely keep in touch with them through the whole process if you have any issues. Looking forward to our experience renting and everything that comes with it.

Paul seems like a great / however he is always to busy to talk/ from the landlord side I need to call him every month so I receive a rent check / most time it ends up being a month late

Very frustrating experience! Had a scheduled showing all week to which Paul cancelled only 20 min beforehand due to “shortage of staff” I rescheduled with him for a later date only to be notified 2 hrs later that the apartment had been rented. This was very disappointing as I am an expecting mother who had everything in line for that apartment. If you value your time and efforts please avoid this company.

Don't ever do business with Renee! If she's still there. Lied through her teeth to sell me a house and I truly regret it. Bought a lemon I cannot afford to fix. Convinced me not to get an inspection Update. Paul Snyder calls me after leaving review. Says they are "gonn try and make it right" I explain what happened with my situation. He says. He will call me back....week later left two messages... have yet to hear from him. Don't do business with these people. They just wanna make that money and don't care about you! Nothing good comes from york or Columbia!!! Careful with what realtor you use. Dealing with them I learned they are in the same boat as car salesman and lawyers!!
