Highland Pointe Apartments

As a resident of this location of over 10+ years I feel I can give a pretty fair review of the facility. I have been through several upon several staff changes, each doing things their own way. Examples include from the early days of them learning you well enough that you could walk into their office to pick up your own packages once they learned you well enough, to the changes of packages being sent to the actual post office for pickup from some dispute. That said it is located in a rather nice location. Turning into it can be annoying at times as people on this road like to merge into the turning lane what feels like a mile before their turn with you having to make sure you are watching before you do. For the most part the grounds are rather clean. with little to no trash......except b

My stay here has been great. It's comfortable, safe, the property manager and leasing agents are great and the maintenance team is the best ever. The apartments and townhomes are well maintained and the location can't be beat. Close to everything.

Brooks repaired our 2 problems within a few minutes. He did a great job and we appreciate Brooks. He is a very good maintenance man. Ppl

Exceptional customer service, the property and apartments were very clean, they smelled nice! The team at Highland Pointe are all very professionally dressed and ran the property in a professional manner. After looking at several communities, I chose Highland Pointe because of the people working there, their competitive pricing and they were very patient with me in showing me all they had to offer while I was selecting my floorplan. I do highly recommend this community!

I haven't rented for several years. I've only been here not quite a week. Jennifer, ( Asst. Manager ) has been very patient with me. Had a couple of "to do list" that were handled immediately! Thank you Jennifer & staff of this complex. ♥
