Highland Park at Northlake

Absolutely love living here! From the moment I toured the community, I knew this was the right place to call home. The location in Charlotte’s Northlake area is incredibly convenient — easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. The apartments feel spacious and well-designed, and the grounds are always clean and maintained. Dare at the front office has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. This place strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and community. Highly recommend!

The manager at Highland Park is really great. Always making the residents feel welcome and listening to the concerns of the community. She is an example of true leadership because she and her team consider the needs of the residents. What a great place to call home.

Do not move here if you don’t want to be talked about in your face!!! Went to turn in my keys to Charles and while I did he asked me which apartment and I told him which apartment. He then walked to the back room, came back out and repeated it louder so that his counterpart Janisa could hear him to which he made a snarky face at her and they both laughed. We all fall on hard times and I don’t think it’s necessary for it to be broadcasted. So happy to be back on my feet now and even with me back on my feet I’ll rather choose not to judge the next!!

If you value your quiet time , do yourself a favor and do not move here . These units use to have carpet, during the remodel they switched to hard wood not considering any noise cancellations. You can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors got going on, the footsteps sound like STOMPING, and please don’t let them have kids ….There’s no peace whatsoever. The solution that Management comes up with is only having a “conversation” with the tenant , but nothing ever changes . I wish I was aware of this prior to moving in

I highly recommend Highland Park. They are very professional people. Mario and Charles are the best, and would make sure everything is right on their end! Also the Apartments are nice and cleaned area 10/10
