Highland Park Apartments

Not a place to call home. I really didn't want to give this one star. They are not organized at all. So called managers are being paid to do nothing. Tenants are held at fault for the managers not doing their job. This is income based housing but you end up in debt. I know of several other former tenants who share the same story as myself. They have cameras throughout the buildings but still could not find out who was pulling the fire alarm. People running in and out hanging around the buildings. Security guards fratnizing with the tenants. Just despicable. Nasty environment. They do monthly inspections only to not fix the things that need to be fixed.

I can call them everyday and still won’t get an answer. I leave voicemails with my contact information, still won’t get a call back. The lady Rosie needs to learn people skills because she automatically has a bad attitude when she is speaking in the phone. It’s seems as though she wants to appear “tough” because she knows the demographic of people she has to work with so she uses the nasty attitude as a defense mechanism. No matter how calmly I speak with her, it always gets to a point where I am in defense mode because of the way she is speaking to me. Customer service is important but so is representation of a company. You guys should hire people who’d be dedicated to helping others and find solutions to problems (regarding highland park apartments) instead of hiring people who come to w

Please don't move here not worth it. They don't keep up on maintaining the building they have mice a roaches. The tenants don't watch there kids they run up and the halls pulling on people door knots. Thats just in the winter time. summer it gets wrost stuff go missing from apartment. And they have different manager every two years don't move in here.

Okay and the Manager was straight to the point but bring your own pen and may get turned around cause they do not have the application
